International SEPA transfer and Austrian Postbar payment with BL Banking

BL Banking becomes even more international!

In the new version of the software, XML payments can now be recorded in pain.001.001.03 format for cross-border electronic payments.

Moreover, the Postbar payment commonly used in Austria is available as a new format.

International payments in XML format

In contrast to DTAZV payments, a German originator account is not required for international transfers in pain.001.001.03 format. All relevant details for the individual accounts, such as account number/IBAN, BIC/clearing system or the address, can be easily managed via the account administration integrated in BL Banking.

Austrian Postbar payments

With the Postbar payment, another important Austrian payment method is supported in addition to the tax office payment. The Postbar payment offers the possibility to send money to recipients who do not have a bank account.

New international payment formats in BL Banking

Post-Brexit payments

Due to the departure of the United Kingdom from the European Union, the address of the originator must be specified for the corresponding SEPA transfers and the address of the payer for SEPA debits. The information can be added in the extended originator administration or mandate administration.

Availability

As usual, the update to the new version of BL Banking is available to all customers free of charge as part of the software maintenance.
