There are standard procedures for the paperless data exchange between data centers and banks via telecommunication. For the transmission of SEPA payments on behalf of customers the use of SEPA containers in ISO 20022 format is compulsory.
Hence service data centers are faced with the task to convert the SEPA files they receive from their customers into suitable container formats.
With the BL SEPA Container Tool this process step can be integrated easily in all IT processes. It carries the SEPA files to be transferred over into a container structure and extends it with the mandatory hash value.
After that the generated XML container files just need to be transferred to the bank with the corresponding order type. Usually the transmission is performed by a standard EBICS client, e.g. automated with the BL Transfertool.
The BL SEPA Container Tool generates container formats for the XML versions 2.3 to 2.7 according to "The German Banking Industry Committee". As part of the software maintenance of Business-Logics you are well equipped for all future SEPA versions, too.
