As part of its business activities, Business-Logics GmbH offers its customers licences for EBICS software products and provides services, most commonly software maintenance. Customer data of Business-Logics GmbH

In the context of contract processing, invoicing, license administration, customer support and marketing, the following data of our customers is collected, stored and processed on the servers of Business-Logics: contract, license and invoice data (name, email, telephone number and department of contact persons as well as necessary information for complete invoicing and proper accounting, end dates of licenses and/or contracts, other contractual agreements), order data (order date, name, email, telephone number and department of customers as well as product or performance-related information, customer-specific order information, e.g. order numbers), customer support data and CRM system/marketing information (name, email, telephone number and department of contact persons, date and subject of contacts). In addition, we process personal data that we have obtained permissibly from accessible sources (e.g. commercial and association registers, VAT Information Exchange System (Vies), press, media) and that we are permitted to process. Data processing takes place with regard to the fulfilment of a contract on the basis of Article 6 (1b) GDPR as well as for the fulfilment of legal obligations (e.g. storage obligations according to § 146 et sqq. of the German "Abgabenordnung" or § 257 of the German "Handelsgesetzbuch") pursuant to Article 6 (1c) GDPR and/or provided that consent has been given with regard to processing going beyond this pursuant to Article 6 (1a) GDPR.
